The girl and I spent our second day shopping again. This time, we decided to explore the buildings around our hotel. Little did I expect it to be filled with more shops. And not just shops, wholesale ones!! The girl totally went crazy, knowing the higher chances of having more new clothes. =) And so, we walked and walked like there was no end to it. After which, we decided to return to the hotel for a quick rest as Xiangde and his cousin, Glenn was touching down in Bangkok too!!
We had decided to meet up for dinner. So we met up at Siam Paragon , after which we decided upon Orangery as the place for dinner. It was quite an interesting concept, as Orangery featured 9 dining restaurant cuisines in just on e place, ranging from Lebanese cuisines to Japanese cuisines to their local Thai flavour.

After dinner, we went our separate ways, deciding to give Suan Lom Night Market a try while Xiangde and his cousin were off to find their friend to go partying. Haha. Not very familiar with the place and that it was really dark, we headed down to the night market in a cab. And the market itself was again another huge shopping area! They even have a stage with live performances, and bars for people to chill out.
The place very much reminded us of Holland Village with all its eateries and bars. Just that it allows for more shopping of food items, clothes, accessories and even furniture and art stuff. We actually combed through every single lane of the night market!! Our feet were so tired from all the walking that at the end of the day, that we wished that we had a nice foot massage back at the hotel…=D
